Can I return a sale item, sample or second?

Unless the pieces is faulty or significantly not as described then unfortunately we will be unable to accept a return. All seconds have been graded according to their level of imperfection. The gradings are described on each seconds product page.

How will my item be packaged?

For some products we have more stock than branded packaging, so a piece may not be sent in the packaging shown, however we promise it will be no less beautifully wrapped, packed and
protected.



What if I really want a piece that you don't have?

Why are you closing down?

Since we started C&W in 2018 the world has got just a little more complicated and a lot more expensive, meaning it's time to end this chapter and start a new one. We feel very proud of all we have achieved and can't thank you enough for all of your encouragement and support.
